Project Executive

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES: Provide support to the Assistant / Project Manager & Management. Ensure filling & proper maintenance of all projects related documentation. Implement, coordinate & monitor all stages of project development. Liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities & other stakeholders. Attending client-consultant, site, and other meetings. Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes and resourceful to provide better operational experience to end users. Any other task that may be assigned from time to time by management. QUALIFICATIONS: Quantity surveying or other equivalent academic qualifications. At least 5-8 years of working experience in a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Support diverse and inclusive work environment. EXPERIENCE: Experience in a reputable property developer or consultant office would be an advantage.
