Project Executive

-Clarify tasks and evaluate their purpose as necessary.


-Improve time management skills and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong desire to learn.


-Demonstrate a high level of attentiveness and accuracy.


-Collaborate with production and site installation teams.


-Support tender and contract review and prepare necessary documents.


-Prepare and submit claims including progress claims and contract work valuation and have a good understanding of contractual claims.


-Assist in developing project plans and procurement strategies.


-Contribute to the overall operations of quantity surveying for assigned projects.


-Assist in planning organizing and managing projects.

; Requirements:-


-Experience or new graduates are welcome to apply.


-Prior experience in the building construction field and project management.


-Familiarity with quantity estimation.


-Ability to communicate in English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.


-Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office.


-Willingness to travel abroad or away from the residence when necessary.


-Malaysian citizenship or relevant residency status is needed.
