Duties & Responsibilities:Assist liaise with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and Subcontractor on their materials requirements and arrange delivery materials to project site.
Ensure that safety and quality assurance is practiced throughout the execution of the project.
Liaise with building management for material delivery to site.
Monitor and report on the progress of projects to the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager, and follow-up on the action items.
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to ensure timely commencement and completion of work.
Monitor and follow up on all claims, relevant supporting documentation and records ensuring on timely basis.
To update project Daily Site Report/ Weekly Report/ Monthly Report.
Any other job scope assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications:Candidates must possess at least SPM, STPM, A Level, Pre – U, Professional certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field required for this position.
Able to work independently under tight schedule with minimum supervision.
