Project Executive

-Developing project plans, outlining the tasks, timeline and resources required for successful project completion.
-Engaging with stakeholders, external parties and team member to gather requirement, provide updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
-Managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that the project stay within financial constraints.
-Identify potential risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies and problem-solving to keep the project on track.
-Ensuring the project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project objectives align with the organization's goal.
-Generating regular progress reports, documenting project activities, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
