Project Executive

Able to work day or night work to monitor the sub con work.- Must have driving license (GDL if have better)- Must know Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Fluent in English and good communication skills.- Perform general administrative duties- Coordinate and liaising with respective team for projects discussion- Projects Plan and Controls Establish and maintain appropriate plans and controls as defined by the project manager, to enable effective project planning**Qualification, Experience and Requirements**- Diploma Or Degree In Engineering / Civil Engineering / Building Architecture / Facility Maintenance- Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In Highway Maintenance Is Compulsory- Ability To Lead And Coordinate A Site Team Consisting Supervisor, Team Leader, Handyman And General Workforce Is compulsory- Can Work Independently, Under Pressure and On Tight Schedule- Required Skills Excel (Advance), Office (Intermediate), Power Point (Intermediate), Project (Intermediate), AutoCAD (Basic) Is Compulsory- Expressway Operational Safety Passport (EOSP) Is advantageous- Driving License Class D Is Compulsory; GDL (D) / PSV (D) Is advantageous**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Civil Engineering: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 27/11/2023**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 monthsSchedule:- Day shift- Early shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 04/25/2024
