Job Summary**Job Description**:- Conduct analysis of client satisfaction survey data, utilizing the findings to prepare reports and impactful presentations- Track and monitor the implementation of actions taken to address clients' issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction- Facilitate the on-time collection of customer satisfaction scores and review summaries from all internal teams, meticulously reviewing scores and translations, proactively flagging errors, and collaborating with the team to complete score audits- Serve as a point of contact for handling customer complaints, providing prompt and appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits.
