Project Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Handing over the project within the deadline.- Monitor project costing and keep it within contract budget.- To attend all site cordination meetings and to prepare documentations.- Assist the project manager in preparing progress claim submission.- Manage and monitor workers's schedules work progress- Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.- Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Project Executive or similar role.- Familiarity in project management, from conception to handing over.- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.- Outstanding organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.- Knowledgeable with quality assurance control.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.- Hands-on experience with project management tools.- Possess a technical diploma in a technical displicine or or related field.- Valid motor licence and own transport
