Project Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented Project Executive to join our dynamic team at ADVANCE TEAM SOLUTION SDN BHD. As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing projects within the Information & Communication Technology industry, with a focus on Project Management. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor.
Responsibilities: Coordination in multi-disciplinary works during tender stage and provide technical support to government IT projects site.Coordination of site meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure that customers and project manager are kept informed of project progress, issues, and risks.Monitor and solve project issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on project delivery.Responsible for documentation and project management office administration.Ensure the project team has the necessary tools, information, and support to complete their tasks efficiently.Perform in testing computer equipment supplied to customers such as personal computers, laptops and etc.Ensure data integrity, security and confidential of the company through regular maintenance and monitoring.Perform any other job assigned by the HOD from time to time when required. Requirement:  Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or any other relevant certifications.At least 2 years' relevant experience in IT Management. Good computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel and Words.Experience in PC and notebook hardware will be an added advantage.Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and tactful.Proficiency written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
