Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedProject Executiveto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the ICT sector, and a proven ability to coordinate and execute IT projects. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoringof ICT projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholdersto ensure project objectives are aligned and achieved.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesto ensure timelines are met.
Prepare project documentation , including status reports, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure projects complywith the company'squality standards and client expectations .
Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resourcesto ensure optimal project delivery.
Conduct post-project reviewsto identify areas for improvement and gather feedback.
Support the development of project proposals and presentationsfor potential clients.
Communicate project updates and milestonesto relevant stakeholders regularly.
Assist in managing client relationships , ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT or ICT projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Ability to solve problems proactively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with ICT industry trends and technologies is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
