About the roleMagnificent Synergy Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company, is seeking a talented and driven Project Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our construction projects in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time position requires a strong background in project management within the construction industry.
What you'll be doing
Attend client meetings to define project requirements.
Assist the MD with project proposals, RPFs, tenders, budgets, and schedules.
Monitor subcontractor progress and quality of work.
Track project timelines, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Communicate project updates effectively to clients and teams.
Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of client needs.
Issue contracts, letters of intent, and purchase orders.
Assist the MD in reviewing contractor quotations for fair pricing.
Prepare completion certificates and ensure proper project close-out.
Contribute ideas to improve company processes and encourage others.
Keep the MD informed of project status and client relations.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the MD.
What we're looking for
Able to start immediately (preferably).
Able to work independently.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Possess own transport.
