Project Executive

- Plan, manage, and execute high-profile events, including conferences, product launches, and other special events.


-Manage resources to be able to work within budgets


-Create, manage and carefully track detailed project and operational timelines.


-Serve as the primary client liaison on day-to-day development and implementation of marketing communication programs.


-Build strong relationships with clients through constant communication and update on the work progress.


-Work closely with the internal department /division, and outside vendors to coordinate all logistics to execute each assigned events/projects.

; Requirements:-


-1-2 years experience in related field


-An eye for details and problem solving skills


-Capacity to work under pressure


-Excellent ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).


-Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and organised manner.


-Creativity, detailedness, and capability of working on multiple projects simultaneously.


-High level of maturity and able to manage stress.
