Job Responsibilities:Present company to potential clients
Monitor the outstanding project progress and status
Monitor on Tender update/progress and assist with preparing tender documentation with successful tender bids
Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities
Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, preparing delivery orders, etc.
Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Provide training to other staff/clients on the project if required
Familiar and able to perform the project management life cycle
Perform other jobs required by management as necessary
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent
At least 2-4 years of work experience
Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project tools or having a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willing to be relocated and preferably with own transport
Able to communicate effectively with all levels
Able to work independently and under pressure
