- Preparing a detailed project plan and schedule with the project milestones, workflow and activities.
-Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project progression to the clients, superior and internal team.
-Identifying and solving potential risks and issues when arise.
-Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction and meet the quality standards.
-Ensure the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities/ mall management.
-Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project.
-Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.
-Monitor the site progress, resolve any site issues that arise to ensure project handover on time.
-Supervising and inspecting the work as it is carried at work sites from beginning till end.
-Ensure to adhere all rules and safety regulations of the clients or commercial.

; Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent.
-Languages required: Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers
-Candidates with commercial retail and mall management experience will be added advantage.
-Good team player with strong commitment and self-motivated.
-Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients.
-Willing to travel outstation.
-Able to handle projects at a very short timeline given.
-Able to commit to work on Public Holiday, Weekend and night work.
-Need to be on standby even on weekends or public holiday.
