Project Executive/ Senior Project Executive

Tasks & responsibilities Report to Project Manager on daily development project management and tasks delivery.Liaison with relevant authorities and consultants for all the submissions and approval within timeframe for land matters, licensing, permits, drawings, documents and CCC.Involving in overall project planning from design concept to completion stage including handing over to purchasers and JMB/MC.Coordinate and monitor work performance of consultants, main-contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.Execute and monitor to ensure works are carried out in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications, completed within schedule.Involving in carrying out feasibility study, land search, project budget and cash flow projection. Qualifications & experience Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Project Management / Construction Management / Interior Design / Quantity Surveyor/ Engineer or equivalent. Minimum of 3-5 year relevant working experience in property development or construction Industry.
