You will develop, control, direct, and plan medium- and long-term plans for the equipment reliability, operational securities and plant improvement projects in a safe and efficient manners.You will also lead on project execution with multidiscipline engineering team and has financial accountability for the managing, monitoring and reporting of materials, tools and labour (including contract labour) to minimise cost and optimise efficiency.What You'll DoMaintain a high standard of safe work behaviours as a role model to plant personnel.Provide leadership, drive and proactive involvement in the application of the safety, health & environment management system.Define project purpose and objectives.Plan and develop the project idea.Create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise,Manage budget, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.Ensure adherence to modification control procedure.Responsible for planning, installing, monitoring and maintaining control system and machinery.
Working with control processes and sensors to provide feedback.Plan and implement combustion equipment.
