Responsibilities:Monitor and conduct event inspections to ensure compliance and quality control.
Support and attend coordination meetings, technical meetings with local hosts & suppliers, and attend social events when required.
Work with the Project Liaison Manager to develop and maintain client surveys with provisions for input by suppliers and the BESarawak Business Development Team to measure a client's satisfaction rate for each event.
Assist with issue investigation and brainstorming for solutions.
Coordinate on-site delegate feedback survey tools and consolidation of delegates and local host feedback results.
Work with the Project Liaison Manager to ensure BESarawak's standards will be appropriately used and protected.
Provide administrative support by updating, managing, and maintaining accurate records, budgets, and data related to client files and business activities.
Follow up on the outstanding sponsorship agreement, the final report, the final claims, and other follow-ups related to the project liaison.
