Project Maintenance Supervisor

To assist on the day-to-day maintenance scheduling, planning, supervision and operation requirement of the worksite Able to ensure that all building maintenance/repair/replacement works are carried out within acceptable standard of workmanship Able to attend to urgent complaints and carry out maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of M&E Services Able to attend to enquiries, feedbacks and/or complaints of breakdown and service requests Oversee the preparation of the equipment for outgoing project and ensure the returned equipment from project site are in good condition Conduct defects investigation and identification Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management Job Requirements: Minimum CGE O Level / Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Technology / Facility Management Able to work independently and in a team Meticulous, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?

Most of our projects are PPVC, and we are currently building the worlds tallest PPVC project - the Avenue South Residence. This project is 56 storeys tall and consists of 3,034 modules. All 3,034 modules were installed after the circuit breaker and completed in 20 months.
