Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties: scheduling, documentation, and file organization.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in project coordination or administration preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL (software knowledge required).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Mandarin proficiency is a must as this person needs to liaise with China subcontractors and vendors.
