Job Responsibilities:Experience working with Quality Department (Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance, Quality Control).
Knowledge in QMS & IATF, QC tools, drawing, technical documentation, customer specific requirement and ordering knowledge.
Customer and window person (SPTT, Audit, etc) for new project development.
Prepare and monitor customer documentation such as SPTT, QAV, etc.
Prepare gauge (assy and single part) and test stands specification.
Request quotations and select gauge maker suppliers, monitor fabrication progress and buy-off activities.
Arrange and conduct product introduction and review meetings at T0/T1 trial stage to introduce new products to another department and share kakotora if any.
Arrange and conduct Testing Go meetings to confirm the testing specifications and schedule.
Prepare and monitor parts required and ensure testing progress as per plan.
If NG results are found during testing, provide solutions until all testing results are 100% OK.
Manage and monitor all parts dimension and accuracy as per customer requirements and provide countermeasure actions if NG is found.
All NG points need to be updated inside the trouble list for easier monitoring.

Manage and monitor product workability as per customer requirements and country regulations.

Prepare and monitor the trouble list items until close.
This process needs to be done for every trial stage (T0 trial till mass production) to ensure part quality is OK during mass production stage.
All trouble lists need to target close before Development Audit.
Manage and monitor part dimension, appearance, workability, etc., as per customer requirements for every trial stage by conducting 3P meetings to manage and monitor the countermeasures taken.
Control the schedule of modification activities for moulds, machines, jigs, etc., to complete by the next trial stage as committed by the related department.
Manage project progress as per product preparation schedule such as trial events, customer events, etc.
Manage customer event delivery to ensure part delivery as per agreed date.
Manage all development activities by achieving the targets during Development and Mass Prod Audit towards mass production readiness.
Monitor quality performance of parts during mass production stage (after development) within 3 months and support any activities to ensure production runs smoothly.
Support production engineering during assembly by confirming glue setting, welding condition, photometric setting, leak setting, etc., as per drawing requirements by checking the section cut, glue weight, etc.
Assist/Support superior or DGM with any work-related tasks.
