Project Management Intern

Project Planning:


- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.


- Help create and maintain project documentation. 


- Translation work for document is required from Chinese to English and vice versa.
Communication and Coordination:


- Participate in project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.


- Translation work is required from Chinese to English and vice versa.


- Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to team members.


- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Progress Tracking:


- Help track project progress against milestones and deliverables.


- Collect data and generate reports on project status.
Learning and Development:


- Take initiative to learn about project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.


- Seek feedback from project managers and mentors to improve skills and performance.
Additional Support:


- Provide administrative support to project managers, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing project files.


- Assist in other project-related tasks assigned by supervisors or team members, such as software testing and log catching.

- Currently pursuing Bachelor degree holder in Engineering / Technology Information or a related field. 


-Minimum 5 - 6 months internship period.


-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
