Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Perform routine administrative tasks to support daily operations as needed
Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Analyze findings and assist in preparing reports and presentations
Event Coordination
- Collaborate with team members to plan, organize, and set up projects/subnets/business stream events
Communication and Design
- Support and create clear, concise and engaging content for internal stakeholders
- Design and create visually appealing content for communication (Design skills are considered an added advantage)
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives
Innovation and Process Improvement
- Propose innovative ideas and solutions based on insights gained from process implementation and stakeholder feedback
