Project Management Officer (Pmo) - Asia

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for the ASEAN region to join our team at Publicis Re:Sources. This position involves overseeing Business Services and IT projects, covering a wide range of initiatives within ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines). Publicis Re:Sources functions as the shared service organization supporting various Publicis Groupe agencies, playing a crucial role in the efficient execution of Business Services and IT projects within the advertising, media, technology, and communications sector on a global scale.Key responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:• Manage projects within the ASEAN region with a focus on functional project management.• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and the IT department.• Leverage 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on regional exposure.• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.• Provide management oversight and contribute to strategic decision-making.• Utilize your expertise to enhance project efficiency and drive successful outcomes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Qualifications• 5-8 years of relevant project management experience.• Proven track record in managing complex projects with regional scope.• Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical and planning skills.• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) and Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
