Engineering Change Notice(NPI)4. Familiar with SAP system to check inventory, check and download BOM
5. Set-up BOM & Routing, and maintain before every build to ensure its accuracy
6. Attend all trial runs and record down issues observed during these trial runs
7. Hands-on where needed in the production floor
8. Effective communication internally & with customer
9. Lead project periodic meetings to drive deliverables with respective departments, mainly:
Weekly meeting (frequency can be adjusted accordingly)
Tooling MIL
Process FMEA10. Ensure 4M1E is ready prior to every NPI build
11. Capable of leading and supervising a project team for small scale project
12. Escalate to direct supervisor whenever there is issue beyond his/her control, and/or delay impacting delivery schedule
13. Any ad-hoc task as assigned by PM HOD
14. Responsible for the implementation and execution of the integration plan of the department
15. Familiar with ISO13485 standards and related regulations
16.
