Job Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for the management of information technology projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and in accordance with the quality to achieve the project objectives.
Formulate project plan, including project schedule, budget, resource allocation, etc., and strictly supervise the implementation.
Coordinate communication and co-operation between project team members, customers and other related parties to resolve problems and conflicts arising in the project in a timely manner.
Evaluate and manage project risks and develop corresponding risk response strategies.
Responsible for the acceptance and delivery of the project to ensure that the project results meet customer needs and company standards.
Regularly report project progress to supervisors and provide accurate project status reports.
Minimum Requirements:
College degree or above, majoring in computer science, information technology or related majors.
Strong project management experience, having successfully managed at least several IT projects.
Familiar with project management process and methodology, with good planning, organisation, coordination and control skills.
Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with people at different levels.
Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills, able to make correct decisions quickly in complex situations.
Proficient in project management tools and techniques, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.
