About the Role: The Project Manager and Strategy will drive growth for CapBay Ventures by identifying and launching innovative projects, new revenue streams, and strategic partnerships.
This role focuses on conducting market research, validating ideas, and overseeing venture projects from planning to execution especially in the construction, healthcare, and B2B spaces.
The Project Manager and Strategy will develop commercialization plans and go-to-market strategies to ensure the success and profitability of new ventures.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be expected to: -Lead the identification and development of innovative projects from inception to launch, including new solutions, services, revenue sources, and strategic partnerships.
-Conduct market research and feasibility studies to validate project ideas.
-Prepare commercialization plans and go-to-market strategies for new ventures.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
-Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
-Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration effectively.
-Source and evaluate potential partnerships, and develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners.

An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
-4+ years of experience in project management, business development, venture development, or a related role.
-Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
-Strong understanding of market research and feasibility studies.
-Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and developing strategic partnerships.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Experience in the fintech or B2B industry is a plus.
