Job Description
ResponsibilitiesReporting line: Associate Director (based in Singapore)
Role based in Hong Kong for a proven and experienced Project Manager in growing Consultancy Professional Services (CPS) team
Lead Cyber projects as Customer's primary Point-of-Contact.
Be responsible for the planning and execution of Cyber projects' in-scope deliverables according to the stipulated project plan schedule.
Manage the project Issues and Risks.
Take over newly awarded project from Sales Specialist (SS) and Sales Engineer (SE), or on-going project from incumbent Project Manager (PM)
Validate SOW, BOM and Cost Sheet
Sync up with SS on the external procurement(s) and target delivery schedule and arrangement
Prepare for Customer Kick-off Meeting
Host Customer Kick-off Meeting
Submit Kick-off Meeting Minutes and follow on issues raised
Prepare Project Management Plan (PMP) and submit for Customer's approval
Be Customer primary Point-of-Contact (POC) on all in-scope project matters during project phase
Manage internal and vendor Project Team to deliver project milestones and deliverables on schedule
Manage project budget, expenses and billing milestones
Host Weekly/Monthly Project Progress Meeting with Customer
Submit Weekly/Monthly Project Status Update Meeting Minutes and follow up on Action Items
Manage the preparation and review of in-scope project documentations and submit Customer
Manage Project Risks; Update Project Risk Register
Manage Project Issues, Update Project Issue Log
Manage handover of security solution implemented to Customer's designated Day-2 Operations (incl. HW/SW Maintenance Agreements)
Acquire Customer Sign-off and Project Commissioning
Notify SS and AM on project completion
Summarize and document "Lessons Learnt"
Release internal and external project resources
Release payment to Vendor
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Enterprise Architect (Cyber Security).
Job RequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information System
At least 6 years' working experience, within which at least 3 years' are full-time experiences in managing IT projects in the job role of "Project Manager" (or equivalent)
Fluent communicator in both written and spoken English
Fluent communicator in spoken Cantonese
Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for cyber security
PMP Certified (or PRINCE 2 certified) with sound knowledge on project management methodologies
Decent general knowledge on information technologies
It will be an advantage to possess the following, but not a must:
Prior working experience as Project Manager in large complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
ITIL certified
Prior experience and/or certifications in any of the cyber security technology products.
Additional RequirementsDegree or Higher - 5-7 Years working experience or 3-5 Years in Managed security services or vendor platform
Networking, major vendor solution or Managed security services
Knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxy, DDOS, SIEM, DLP, APT, WAF, EDR etc.
IP Based Networking, Layer-2 & Layer-3 MPLS, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IGRP, EIGRP) and Switching Knowledge (VLAN, Trunks, L2/L3 Switching)
Familiar with Dedicated Managed Hosting, Private Cloud, Public Cloud and Hybrid Cloud
Prior experience in presales
Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Strong presentation skills
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Certification - Professional certification such as Azure, CISA, CISSP would be a bonus.
Lead Cyber Security Consultant (Senior Cyber Security Engineer)RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information System
At least 5 Years working experience in IT security technologies deployment and/or operations
Fluent communicator in both written and spoken English
Fluent communicator in spoken Cantonese
Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for cyber security
Sound fundamental knowledge on IP networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, etc.) and operation systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.)
It will be an advantage to possess the following, but not a must: Prior experience and/or certifications in any of the following security technology products: Zscaler ZIA, Zscaler ZPA, Splunk
Prior working experience in large complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
