With the standard, Edge Design and Contracts has been certified with the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and granted Excellent Award by CIDB in year 2011.PROJECT MANAGER/ ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT ENGINEERINTERIOR FIT OUT CONSTRUCTIONRESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.- Take lead on project implementation, develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor and track project site performance and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.- Plan & organize construction programmes including timelines and key milestones, be responsible for controlling budget including materials & resources allocation requirements- Monitoring daily site activities that includes co-ordination with contractors, sub-contractors, NSC, direct vendors and suppliers.- Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements to ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.- To assist in identification of changes in the Conditions of Contract.- Be flexible to work around project timelines to suit project needs.
