Project Manager Based In Sabah

**Degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent.**:- Minimum 10 years working experience in the property development industry.- **Hands-on knowledge and know-how in managing all aspects of property development cycle.**:- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.- **Able to work under tight schedule.**:- **To lead the project team which consists of consultants, contractors and suppliers towards a profitable and successful completion of the project.**:- To meet financial objectives by forecasting work progress, preparing annual project budget and expenses.- **To prepare and manage feasibility study of projects. ** To coordinate design and development with the project team.- **To ensure core areas of project such as work progress, cost control, work quality, safety and security are in line with the project and company's policy.**:- To attend all project meetings with the consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 10 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)License/Certification:- Six Sigma (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
