Project Manager - Building Servicing Listed Company

1. Collaborating with engineers, architects to determine the specification of the project2. Negotiation contract with sub-contractor and suppliers to reach profitable agreements3. Submit and negotiation quotation with clients and customers4. Prepare and submit project budget and schedule.5. Good management of the project team to ensure that we are able to fulfill customer needs in the schedule6. Able to give correct guidance when the project team is facing problems7. Review and submit progress report to clients and customers8. Prepare and submit progress claim to clients and customers9. Able to attend meeting with sub-contractor, clients and customers to resolve problems in the project10. Verify and certify sub-contractor claim and submit to project director11. Monitor project cash flow to ensure project are profitable12. Follow up payment status with clients and customers13.
