Project Manager (Construction)

To monitor, supervise and oversee for overall construction project management, which included but not limited to planning, implementation, execution, compliance and completion of project successfully within the stipulated time, budget and quality- To lead and coordinate with internal project team, project consultants and client's representative- To make safety inspections and ensure construction site safety- To maintain quality control procedure on all the time during construction period- To prepare paper works like monthly progress reports, request of information etc.- To attend all site meetings and consultant meetings**Requirement**:- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience- Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, team working & leading skills- Good knowledge of building methods and regulations**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Manager (Construction): 5 years (required)
