Project Manager (Construction)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Predict,plan, arrange, and review all resources including manpower,machineries, materials, logistic, temporary works, preliminariesetc. that are needed to complete theprojectSupervisethe construction projects to ensure the project is accordance withthe schedule and withinbudgetCoordinateall technical activities with contractors; supplier and projectteam ensuing specifications arefollowsToreview and propose revisions to project requirements whennecessaryProvidethe necessary coaching to Project Team, sub-contractors with theknowledge and skillsResponsiblefor liaison with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers,and submission of progress report asrequiredEnsuringthat all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internalcompany SOPs as well as external regulations and laws(inclusive of maintenance of project documentation /reports)Performall other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time totimeMonitorall license & certificates for projectpurposeGuideand lead the Project Team andQSCheckingof construction drawings and liaison with Project Team onsite/technical issues and providesolutionsREQUIREMENTS: Candidatemust possess at least a bachelor's degree in ConstructionManagement / CivilEngineeringMin5 years of working experience in constructionfieldExcellentcommunication skillsExcellenttime management skills to ensure the deadlines aremetStrongleadershipFluentin speaking and writing of English and Mandarin is a must as rolerequires candidate to deal with Mandarin speakingclientsAbleto make critical judgement anddecisionsComputerliterate
