Stationed at Batam CM to plan and manage technical transfer of existing models and NPI models from own China factory. To maintain overall project schedule to manage customer expectation and align internal targets. To diligently follow up with all involved parties to ensure on-track project progress and mitigate for potential risks. To clearly communicate on project plan and progress among all parties involved and ensure regular and timely updates. To lead CM technical team on-site to complete pilot builds on transferring projects to achieve MP release. To liaise with CM management and engage with CM working teams for transfer projects or general production support. To resolve technical issues through trouble-shooting with CM on-site technical team and coordination with China technical team. To manage verification for engineering change and/or proposed process improvements on existing projects. To support on-site customer or HK/China colleagues tours/visits. To provide written weekly report to supervisor and arrange regular online meeting with China factory. Requirements: Degree in Engineering discipline with 3+ years manufacturing industry experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive to take initiative Good organizational skill, with emphasis on managing and reporting of schedules, action items, and deliverables involving different organizations/teams. Good command of English (reading/speaking/writing), Malaysia (reading/speaking/writing) and Chinese (reading and speaking). General online collaboration tools and MS Office including MS Project.
