This role supports all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion.
Your tasks Oversee and manage all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion. Establish and communicate the project objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders and regulatory authorities throughout project to ensure compliance and timely execution. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track To prepare approval documents and development updates for both internal and external parties, where necessary. Drive and implement Project Management Strategies to achieve effective time, cost and quality. Oversee on-site and off-site constructions to ensure compliance with building safety and regulatory standards. Proactively manage project risks, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress and performance to top management. Facilitate the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within projects, including architectural, civil & structural, mechanical & electrical, and landscaping disciplines. Monitor and ensure all necessary approvals from authorities are obtained, and all compliance requirements are met. Maintain continuous knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and best practices in property development. Maintain detailed project records, including budgets, schedules, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Review completed projects to ensure quality standards and identify opportunities for future improvement. Perform ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required Your qualifications Bachelor's degree in any Civil Engineering/Architectural/Project Management and/or similar relevant disciplines Min. 5 years' experience in the property development sectors with Developer. Proven experience in delivering construction projects successfully within a similar capacity Well versed in understanding architectural drawings and local building requirements. Experience in civil engineering and construction of factories in Malaysia. Understanding of UBBL in Malaysia and M&E will be an advantage Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Able to communicate verbally and written with interpersonal skills to effectively manage external contractors and stakeholders.
