Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:- Manage and direct the overall program based on the program business objectives, manage the integration of project work plans, key milestone, and dependencies across the various work streams. Establish project management, tracking, and reporting for value delivery.- Planning tasks and defining their deliverables, manage overall delivery from a project deliverables and project control perspective.- Resource Management: Using people, capital, materials and all other resources efficiently.- Assembling and leading a team. Support transition plan and approach and coordinate syndication sessions with respective teams.- Analyzing the duration of activities to create a project schedule. Once the execution phase begins, the project status must be monitored to update the schedule baseline.- Establishing a quality policy for the project's deliverables and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures.- Estimating costs and creating a budget.- Act as a bridge between Client Business Stakeholders and the project and address any major delivery issues.- Assess program performance.- Monitoring and tracking progress and performance by generating reports and other documentation.- Document all initiation activities in the project charterJob Requirements:- Has at least 5 - 8 years of experience as a Project Manager- Experienced in managing ICT projects (SDLC projects) from end-to-end- Experienced in Oil & gas is an added advantage- Only open to Local Malaysian**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Pengerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- ICT Project Management: 5 years (preferred)
