Project Manager

**Job Title: Project Development Manager****Responsibilities**:- **Experience**:- 5-10 years in property development.- **Development Skills**:- Manage mixed developments (low/high rise, residential, and commercial).- Handle master infrastructure and phases with a focus on CCC compliance.- **Project Oversight**:- Lead assigned projects from development to implementation.- Conduct feasibility studies and advise on design, concept, work program, and budget.- **Team Collaboration**:- Work with all departments to prepare development briefs covering time frames, costs, and objectives.- **Construction Management**:- Ensure construction stays within budget and timeframe, minimizing changes.- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for smooth project execution.- **Compliance**:- Follow up on authorities' approvals and ensure regulatory requirements are met.- **CCC Application**:- **Reporting**:- Provide weekly updates to management on site progress and other relevant matters.- Monitor monthly project progress and prepare management reports.**Requirements**:- **Education**:- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.- **Skills**:- Ability to work independently with strong project planning, technical, and communication skills.- Experience in tendering, contract administration, construction methodology, and liaising with authorities.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Signing bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project management: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
