Project Manager

Job Description Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control and execution are performing to the required standard and within time-cost budget. Oversee the projects operations and construction processes meeting the project objectives/goals. Oversee the performance of project team and enhance process improvements. Oversee the management of project resources in respect of project sites especially on site wastages, foreign workers, machineries and equipments. Ensure alll assigned project sites have coordination meetings with clients and sub-contractors to study and suggest solutions to technical or non-technical problems. Visit project sites on regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule. Prepare and present monthly reports on projects operations to management. Requirements : · Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. · At least 10+ years of working experience in building construction. · Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team. · Self-motivated personal and able to work independently. · Able to work under pressure, long hours and delivered within committed deadlines. · Computer literate. · Willing to relocate.   . Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
