Project Manager

Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree in Engineering or any equivalent. Minimum 5 years of working experience in PCBA & Box Build Assembly industry Candidate must be able to work in SENAI, JOHOR area. Job Responsibilities: Manage project engineering activities within an organization to meet the company's objective. Lead a team of Engineers tp develop / setup an optimum process flow, manufacturing line setup and manufacturing requirements for new project development. Use appropriate tools and techniques to report and monitor project scopes, timeline and risk management. Lead a team of Engineers to setup and buy off the process from development until mass production. Provide guidance to Engineers to troubleshooting problematic process or product quality issue. Analyse the accuracy of report generation by the team.
