Client background:An entity under a property development company.Industry: Construction/ EngineeringLocation: Johor BahruHeadcount: 1Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: - Basic salary- Other company benefitsResponsibilities:Project Manager to managing project, from pre development to post development stage. Follow up submission approval from relevant authorities. Attend and record project coordination meetings. Check and verify contractor's claims. Liaise and arrange for inspection with authorities and ensure required statutory approvals are obtained for CCC application.Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.Requirements:At least a Degree / Diploma Civil Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 2 years working experience in similar position in construction or property development industryGood interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently with minimum supervision Must be computer literate with good knowledge on MS office and AutoCad Fluency in English, Malay & Mandarin.
