Job description Project Planning & Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage project plans for new project and process improvements.Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, R&D, and supply chain, to achieve project objectives.Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all projects comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.Monitor project outcomes and implement corrective actions as needed.Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the manufacturing workflow.Lead initiatives to improve product quality and reduce waste.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.Prepare and present project performance metrics to management. Requirement Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of project management experience in the food manufacturing sector.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Familiar with project management process and methodology, with good planning, organisation, coordination and control skills.Computer savvy and good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project), and AutoCAD
