PMP certification is a plus.- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.- Proficient in project management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
