Introduction: We are looking for an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager with at least 10 years of related experience in Project management and with formal Project Management accreditation to work out of our KL Office.This role is to work with our blue-chip customers in the Financial services to shape, mobilise, plan and lead a programme of works to deliver internal business and external customer objectives in the financial crime domain.Ongoing management of one or more projects ensuring appropriate capability in place to maximise team performance, delivering to the key project, programme, portfolio measures such as supporting customer and SymphonyAI NetReveal's strategy, the schedule, quality, scope, financials and client satisfaction, while following the internal NetReveal delivery assurance processes.**Job Description**:- Mobilise and build required capability including the best available resources on contract award, maintaining this approachthroughout project execution, providing leadership to project and programme based staff, with management of suppliers,subcontractors and associates where required.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (external and internal customers) and actively manages thecustomer's expectations through appropriate communications, reporting, assurance and governance.- Shaping and planning of the project, programme or portfolio including the overall schedule and governance with selectionportfolio schedule, resources, estimates and costs to complete and the execution against an agreed schedule, milestonesand cost baseline.- Hands-on management of internal and external key project controls including (but not limited to) RAID, financials(including margin, forecast costs to complete, technical and management contingency, revenue and capital cost), quality,scope and schedule performance, ensuring delivery of the agreed scope against the agreed contract, acceptance criteria,SLAs and change requests.- Continued refinement and enhancement of the project, programme or portfolio schedule, resources, estimates andcosts to complete and the execution against an agreed schedule and cost baseline.- Support to the sales and account management team in renewals, extensions and business development cross-selling- Close down of the project, programme or portfolio at the end of an engagement, including personal performance reviews,- Experience in project lessons learned and harvesting of reusable collateral (i.e. improved propositions, updated processes, reusablemodules).**Skills & Experience**- Senior Project / Program Manager with 10+ years' experience within delivery & the financial services industry.Risk and compliance sector will be highly regarded- Experience with the NetReveal suite of products would be an advantage- Formal Project management qualifications- Strong project financial management- Excellent communication skills and experience in senior stakeholder management- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbout Us:**Who We Are**SymphonyAI is building the leading enterprise AI SaaS company for digital transformation across the most critical and resilient growth industries, including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial crime prevention, manufacturing, media, and IT service management.
