**Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Plan, execute, and manage offshore projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with project requirements, budget constraints, and schedule deadlines.- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication throughout all project phases.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives within the defined scope and timeframe.- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts, implementing effective strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize project success.- Monitor project performance metrics, track progress against milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, management, and clients.- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment conducive to achieving project goals and objectives.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.- Conduct regular project reviews, assessments, and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.- Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key project partners, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) preferred.- Proven track record of successfully managing offshore projects in the energy sector, preferably within the EPC industry.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools, with demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary project teams.- Sound knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, regulations, and best practices applicable to offshore projects.- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure, balancing competing priorities and constraints.- Proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools and technologies.- Flexibility to travel to project sites and offshore locations as required.Let us know if you are interested and advice the followings:- Resume in words format (.doc or.docx only)- Notice period or availability- Last drawn salary- Expected salaryThank you,
