Manage projects to enhance customer experiences and business processes.- Interact with all levels of management and stakeholders to determine business requirements & responsible for performing quality assurance operational reviews.- Monitoring the overall project progress and ensuring projects are completed on time, safely within budget and of acceptable quality standards.- To control quality during User Acceptance Test and Good Customer relationship.- Communicate and engage effectively with clients on the progress of the project.- Managing coordination of the team engaged in project work.- Attend project meetings and distributes minutes.- Liaise and assist Sales Team on new projects.- Manage external expectations.- Collaborates closely with customers' project manager.- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects.- Ensure resource availability and allocation.- Proactively suggesting and implementing best practices and improvements in team.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or Information Technology or any related field.- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.- Must have good command of English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases would be an added advantage.- Strong analysis, design and problem-solving skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
