BHJ Security is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex security projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. What you'll be doing Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of security projectsCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operations and sales, to execute project requirementsIdentify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure projects stay on trackCommunicate project progress and updates to key stakeholders, including clients and senior managementContinuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologiesProvide mentorship and guidance to junior project team membersWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the physical security or technology industryStrong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise and deliver complex projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in the use of project management tools and softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projectsTertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related fieldWhat we offer
