Project Manager

**The Job**:- Initiate, coordinate internally, with vendors and contractors on execution of renovation and upgrading projects of retail stores.- Developing detailed project plan/schedule, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.- Manage day-to-day operations of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors.- Responsible to track progress, resolve, report and escalate to management as required.- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure that all work meets the required standards.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.**Requirements**:- Possess a degree with at least 1-2 years of proven working experience as a project administrator in the retail industry.- Preferably designer specialized in interior design, interior architecture, interior design technology or equivalent.- Experience in managing interior fit out project especially in commercial and office design and build.- Solid organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- Working knowledge of interior fit out of a retail store in a shopping mall and accessibility standards.- Familiarity with furniture, finishes, and materials.- Required Skill(s): project management, interior design, planning, supervising.- Ability to travel and work flexible hours.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)- Site Supervising: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
