The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Qualifications and Requirements: · Bachelorâs degree in business management/ Project Management qualifications (PMP/ PRINCE2) preferred or equivalent experiences· Engineering / Economic or Finance background or qualifications· Experience with project management for more than 3-5 years is preferred· Previous experience with CRM systems is an advantage· Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Strong organizational and time management skills, and detail oriented· High level of professionalism in work ethics, commitment, and dedication· Contribute to team efforts towards the success of SOCOE· Strong business acumen in project planning and management· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills· A good team player with the ability to communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English Duties and responsibilities:· Set project timeline· Monitor project deliverables· Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress· Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them· Communicate with the clients on requirements, scopes or objectives, and coordinate with internal teams to translate these requirements into functional solutions· Collect, analyse, and summarise information and trends to prepare project status reports· Ensure clients are kept fully informed of developments/progress relating to issues raised· Participate in project meetings with internal teams or with clients while providing continuous support in preparing project related documentations, as well as assisting in the supervision of ongoing projects· Work closely with relevant department in managing project activities on daily basis.· Provide support role in preparing and reviewing project proposals, reports, meeting minutes or other documentations related to projects.· Assist in the supervision of current projects assigned by the management and coordinate with team members to ensure workflow is on track· Provide ad-hoc assistance to other staff members or departments as needed to maintain or improve overall performance and work efficiency.
