Project Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a leading regional telecommunications & information technology services company for the position of Project Manager. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple software development projects in a challenging business environment. Coordinate large and complex projects involving multiple Agile teams and integration with other tasks. Ensure end-to-end delivery of company's system solutions using Agile Project Management. Define project scope, gather requirements, maintain product backlog, and schedule deliveries. Manage risk, handle issues, and serve as a point of contact for team members. Handle change requests and communicate with stakeholders through meetings and progress reports. Conduct team retrospectives and document improvement plans. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in the organization. Foster team engagement, solve problems, and provide mentorship and coaching. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, communication, and analytical thinking. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Computer Science degree or relevant with at least more than 8 years of working experience, 3-5 years in project delivery. Experience with Jira and Microsoft Project.
