About the role Based at project site in Seremban , Negeri Sembilan As a Project Manager at Cergas Murni Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in leading and coordinating the successful delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to stakeholder management and quality control.
What you'll be doing To lead and be responsible for overall management of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring and ensuring timely completion of project within clients requirementsFamiliar with site and contract management, planning and coordinating site activities.Monitor CPM closely, especially two (2) weeks look ahead and push for progress and advise Project Director if anticipate any delayTo attend to all meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliersHaving regular meetings with subcontractors and suppliers and giving clear instruction and targetTo prepare monthly target claimAble to manage the construction activities and review of drawings and specifications to detect discrepancy and resolve technical problemsTo ensure all mandatory reports are submitted on timeTo ensure all claims from subcontractors and suppliers are processed and paid on timeWhat we're looking for Possess at least Degree in Civil EngineeringMin 8-10 years of experience in road works and bridgesProfessional Engineer (PE) certificationis an added advantage.Experience in handling single project for road works and bridges worth >RM150 Million in the capacity of Project Manager.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budgetExcellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in using project management software and toolsAbility to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional project groupsWhat we offer Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentCompany car and health insurance About us With proven track records of successful Mega Projects, Cergas Murni Sdn Bhd is Malaysia's high achieving civil and structural contractor in the Bridge and Highway Industry.
