RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the PMO Director, Project Management to coordinate with other departments to secure resources needed for projects under his direct supervision.
Understand customer needs to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in project meetings with various customers under his direct supervision.
Assist the PMO Director, Project Management for schedules implementation to ensure smooth flow of the project implementation.
Assist the PMO Director, Project Management to deliver set profit margins of projects.
Maintain good working relationships with customers and other various Vertiv divisions and departments.
Coordinate all the M&E services in an efficient manner at the site.
Supervise, motivate, and develop his direct project team members for continual improvement and optimized performance.
Understand customer requirements to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Be responsible for high standards and good quality of all installation work from P.O. to receipt of payment.
Attend progress meetings and understand customer requirements.
Inform customers on the progress of all the projects that are under his team.
Provide satisfactory service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist the PMO Director, Project Management for planning implementation schedules and human resource allocation to ensure smooth implementation within budget and time frame of every project.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Degree in Engineering fields or equivalent with a minimum of 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry with major involvement in project management in the turnkey data centre site preparation works.
Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communication skills.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good spoken and written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated, good team player, and customer-focused.
