About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at AIWIN DESIGN SDN. BHD. in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As our Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Coordinating and managing the work of project teams, including designers, contractors, and vendors
Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders
Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborating with the design team to present client requirements into practical and innovative design solutions
Providing leadership and mentorship to junior project team members
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, and contractors
Solid understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques
Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
